Android Mobile Phone App Development

The Palm STEAM Academy offers 8th-graders a fun, project-based Mobile Phone App Development elective class. Coding is taught via the Java programming language and Android operating system with tools (e.g. the Android Studio and Eclipse development environments) often used by software industry professionals. Computer Science fundamentals are covered along with introductory design techniques.
